Personal Data may be processed by Intero in the country where it was collected as well as other countries (including the United States).

We will not sell or market the email addresses or other collected personal information of registered Users to third parties. We will not distribute, sell, or barter any data that you upload into the Product. We may view your Intero instance data and uploaded information to provide system maintenance and technical support only. You acknowledge and agree that Interomay occasionally send you communications regarding your account via email.
Cookies and Passive Data Collection
Intero uses cookie, IP address, GPS location, URL information and other technical connection details to improve and further develop the Product, and to provide enhanced or geographically differentiated features and Product levels to Users, where available.
Intero may use cookies to provide retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with the Product. We promise that our retargeting partners will never collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, or telephone number. IP Addresses also help us diagnose network congestion, and problems with our servers and otherwise assist in the administration and delivery of the Product to our Users.

Once you register with Intero, you are not anonymous to Intero. When registering with Intero, you provide Personal Data, which may include name, phone number, city, state, country, zip code, and confirmed email address. Intero does not intentionally gather Personal Data about visitors who are under the age of 13. Intero may also record your IP address when you submit information.
Intero also may collect, at your option, certain preference and demographic information from you. All information collected by Intero is used for internal purposes of providing the Product, providing support to users, and to improve the Products. Aggregating non-identifying information supplied by users allows Intero to understand its user base and to improve the Products. To protect your account information, please keep your password secure.

Intero may use anonymized demographic and interest-based data from visitors to influence how we purchase advertising. Using the Ads Settings, users can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads.We do not share any data that you add to your Intero account with Google.
